M.H. Shahin started his legal career from 2014. He obtained an LL.B (Hon’s) and LL.M degrees from Islamic University, Kushtia, Bangladesh in 2009 and 2010 respectively and he was enrolled as an advocate in 2014 and permitted in the Supreme Court of Bangladesh in 2017. He has been involved in variety of legal areas including Writ, Commercial, Labour Law Disputes, Company , Admiralty, Civil, Criminal, Income Tax, Money Laundering, Artha Rin, Insolvency, Anti-Corruption Laws, Customs, VAT, Arbitration etc. Specially, his expertise Criminal, Writ, Civil and anti-corruption laws excels many in the corporate and legal area in Bangladesh.
