S.M. Iftekhar Uddin Mahmud obtained his LL.B (Hon’s) and LLM degrees from Chittagong University, Chittagong,Bangladesh . He was completed his Bar-at-Law from the Lincoln’s Inn in the year of 2012, he completed his Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) & LL.M from the City University London, he also completed his LL. B (Hon’s) from the London University, United Kingdom. He was enrolled as an Advocate at the Bangladesh Bar Council and as an Advocate of High Court Division of Bangladesh. He has been involved in variety of legal areas including Commercial, Labour Law Disputes, Company , Civil, Criminal, Income Tax, Money Laundering, Artha Rin, Insolvency, Anti-Corruption Laws, Customs, VAT, Arbitration etc. Specially, his expertise Criminal, Civil, Labour Law and anti-corruption laws excels many in the corporate and legal area in Bangladesh.
